Overview
Our Client is a well established Douglas-based organisation that offers a comprehensive suite of accountancy and wealth management services. As they undergo a growth phase, they are seeking an Administrator / Compliance Assistant.
As Compliance Assistant, you will provide administrative assistance to the Compliance department. Duties will include:
- Client onboarding
- Multi-currency invoice preparation
- Assistance with internal compliance
- Payment statement preparation
- Communication with contractors and agencies
The ideal candidate for the role of Compliance Assistant will have:
- A minimum of 1 years' office experience within a financial services company
- Adept in the use of MS Office suite
- Has attained 5 or more GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Organisational skills & ability to prioritise
Desirable:
- A working knowledge of CCH, Laserfiche and ViewPoint would be an advantage but not essential
- Are studying toward or interested in studyig toward a formal compliance qualification
