Job description

Overview

Our Client is a global specialist in corporate, fund and active wealth services and is looking for an Administrator to take direct administrative responsibility for a portfolio of trusts, companies and other wealth structures ensuring that first class service is provided to all clients, intermediaries and other stakeholders in support of a client service team.

Role Profile

  • Ensure delivery of a high quality service to all clients, intermediaries and stakeholders to ensure longevity of relationships
  • Interact directly with their clients as required and be responsible for client communication and the statutory maintenance of their portfolio
  • Support by identifying client needs and delivering upon opportunities to drive up levels of client service, as well as seeking to identify new business opportunities
  • Ensure the delivery on client commitments to agreed deadlines and to a high standard
  • Achieve personal targets as set out for their role for time recording, utilisation and working capital management
  • Support the Client Directors in understanding and acting upon the profitability of their client book by reviewing and controlling WIP, ensuring prompt collection of fees and highlighting revenue opportunities with the support of their Assistant Manager and/or Manager
  • Ensure agreed business risk targets are met
  • Use appropriate technical capability to understand and manage risk within their client book with the support of their line management and Client Directors, escalating where necessary and required in accordance with policies

Person Profile

  • Relevant industry experience and demonstrate good client service delivery against the needs and demands of all clients
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the technical principles of day to day administration
  • Have an awareness of current issues affecting structures and clients
  • Relationships building and exceeding expectations,
  • Flexible and professional when working under time driven pressures and will have good prioritisation and time management skills
  • Self-motivated and focussed on exceeding targets and goals and be supportive and respectful to team mates and colleagues
  • Hold or be studying towards a relevant professional qualification
