Job description

Overview

Our Douglas-based Client are an internationally renowned CSP with a specialist focus within the Yachting segment. They are now seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join the Family Office team.

Role Profile

Main Purpose of role is to take responsibility for a portfolio of Family Office clients, ensuring that assigned duties are carried out accurately and efficiently.

Key duties include:
  • Ensure the smooth running of a family office client portfolio
  • Handle all client communication in respect of the portfolio
  • Establish and develop close relationships with existing clients
  • Ensure full compliance of all client related matters, always promoting adherence to policies and procedures
  • Initial onboarding of clients before being placed into a portfolio
  • Establish and maintain close working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Ensure correct entry and administration of client entity data in the database (currently Viewpoint)
  • Oversee and arrange the correct billing of all clients

Person Profile

  • 5+ years' experience in a Company & Trust environment with a strong relationship management focus
  • An in depth understanding of the regulatory environment
  • STEP or CGI qualified (or equivalent to)
  • Self-driven, proactive, and dedicated to excellent client service
  • Able to take accountability and responsibility for their own personal development
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to seek information in a concise way
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Professional and values driven
