Overview

Our Client is a well established Douglas-based organisation that offers a comprehensive suite of accountancy and wealth management services.

They now require a qualified accountant/auditor to assist and oversee the audit department.

Role Profile

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Collating, checking and analysing data
• Examining company accounts and financial control systems
• Lead onsite audit teams, preparing and reviewing financial statements and updating clients document results on audit file
• Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating managers on progress.
• Audit and assurance reviews of various sizes and in numerous sectors.Review of audit files, supervision of staff
• Liaising directly with clients

Candidate Profile

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• At least 3 years' audit experience
• Staff supervision experience
• Attention to detail
• Able to work on your own initiative
• Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
