Overview
Our Client is a forward thinking regulated Trust and Corporate Services Provider who operate in partnership with leading tax advisors, investment managers and law firms to provide a collegiate approach to families, entrepreneurs and investment professionals from across a range of industries, continents and cultures. They are now seeking a Client Services Manager to join their team.
Role Profile
- To manage a portfolio of partnership and corporate structures holding a range of assets including real estate investments
- To provide support and supervision to our team of administrators in their day-to-day work and for their development
- To work closely with our client accounting, tax, compliance and statutory teams to ensure that all matters relating to our clients are addressed on a timely basis
- To manage work-in-progress and ensure timely collection of debtors
- To continue to develop all aspects of client management including: Corporate Governance, Compliance, Banking and Client relations
Person Profile
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in the Trust and Company services sector
- Holder of a relevant CSP qualification i.e. STEP, ICSA
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A professional manner, demonstrating good interpersonal skills
- The ability to work well under pressure and to respond to clients' needs as they arise
- The ability to produce work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A positive approach with enthusiasm towards personal development and the desire to take on responsibility
- An interest in financial services and business development
