Job description

Overview

Our Douglas based client are seeking to recruit an experienced Co-Sec Administrator to join an established team.

The Co-Sec Administrator will have responsibility for the generation of Annual Returns / Confirmation Statements as and when they become due for all IOM and UK companies and update centralised database as required (to include Jersey Confirmation Statements). Wider duties will include:

  • Assist with the formation of Isle of Man, UK and Jersey companies as required
  • Assist with annually preparing GDPR submissions for Jersey entities
  • Assist with dissolutions of IOM companies and liaising with the IOM companies registry as appropriate
  • Assist with regularly reviews the Charges Register for all entities and where applicable assist with clearing the registered changes with the relevant jurisdiction authority
  • Assist with preparing board minutes for entities as and when necessary
  • Assist with maintaining minute books for entities and keeping up to date electronically
  • Responsibility for generating forms for 1931 and 2006 Act companies and submitting to the IOM companies registry as appropriate and updating Companies House. To include JFSC submissions
  • Assist with making online updates to Companies House in respect of directors, filing accounts etc.
  • Coding and arranging approval of invoices received for payment
  • Assisting with submission of Barbados companies Annual Returns via Caribbean agent
  • Assisting with transfer out of entities as appropriate eg Property Management companies
  • Assisting with providing CDD as required to third parties
  • Assisting with AGM preparation

The ideal candidate for the role of Co-Sec Administrator will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience within a CSP/Trust environment
  • Have a background in CoSec roles
  • IT Literate, in particular with MS Office Suite
  • Team player with outstanding attention to detail

Desirable:

  • Knowledge and/or experience of property investments and property management
