Overview
A leading Douglas-based CSP has been growing by aquisition recently and are now seeking a Company and Trust Administrator to join them in supporting a diverse portfolio of clients. Ideally suited to an Administrator who prefers working in a boutique company that offers a tailored, personal service.
As a Company and Trust Administrator, you will assist in the running of the client services department. Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Oversee administration of bank and Investment accounts including account opening and closing
- Administration of bank payments and receipts
- Maintain a varied portfolio of trust and company entities
- Liaise directly with clients and Intermediaries
- Maintain a varied portfolio of company and trust clients
- Assist with the support and development of more junior members of the team
- Oversee various company and trust administration tasks
The ideal candidate for the role of Company and Trust Administrator will have:
- 3+ years' experience working within the financial services sector
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Leadership qualities and able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Can demonstrate good risk awareness
- Good company and trust knowledge
- Proactive, a problem solver, team player, enthusiastic
- A desire to progress your career
Desirable:
- CCH, Viewpoint and Laserfiche would be an advantage but not essential
