Overview

Our Douglas-based Client are a leading multijurisdictional Trust & Corporate Service Provider, providing solutions to the yachting, aviation, real estate, and eGaming sectors. To support their growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Administrator to join their busy team.

The Compliance Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Compliance Manager with day-to-day Compliance Department functions
  • Update tracking and form approvals both outside of, and within safety management software
  • Liaise with and support clients with any technical or regulatory queries that they may have
  • Preparation of reports and records

The ideal candidate for the role of Compliance Administrator will have:

  • A minimum of 3 Years' experience in a similar role within a CSP environment
  • Holds or is working towards a formal ICA certification
  • Experience and knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • An eye for detail

Desirable:

  • Holds or is working towards a formal ICA certification
  • Familiarity with Laserfiche
  • Knowledge or either the yachting or aviation sector
