Job description
Overview
Our Client is a leading Trust & Corporate Service Provider with an international outlook. In order to support the team during a period of continued growth, they require an experienced Company & Trust Administrator.
Role Profile
The purpose of this role is to effectively manage a portfolio of corporate, trust & foundation clients. To ensure the client receives a high level of customer service and client structures & their records are maintained in accordance with relevant legislation.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Administer Companies, Trusts and Foundations established in a variety of jurisdictions to a high standard of service (including involvement in the acquisition and disposal of assets / liabilities such as residential and commercial property, private yachts, private and public shares and other commercial ventures)
- Be the main point of contact for corporate & foundation clients and to deal with their specific enquiries
- Ensure the database is updated accurately with information held for personal and corporate/foundation data for each entity
- Prepare and file statutory documents dealing with amendments to company and foundation particulars and recording amendments to relevant databases
- Provide high quality customer service to your portfolio of clients
- Dispatch fee invoices to corporate, trust & foundation clients and monitor debtors
- Complete Formation & Dissolution/Termination procedures on behalf of corporate, trusts & foundation structures
Person Profile
- Experience of working in a corporate & trust/ regulated environment
- Experience of working at Corporate & Trust Administrator level and is keen to progress to Senior level or is currently operating at Senior level
- Minimum of 4 GCSE Grade C or above including English & Mathematics
- Previous experience of building rapport and establishing excellent relationships with customers
- Excellent organisational ability, prioritises work and sets realistic timescales
- Ability to manage own time effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Takes responsibility forownactions,make informed decisions and act upon own initiative
- Remain calm under pressure
- Ability to put the needs of the customer first.Works hard to meet customer needs and looks after their interests
- Provides a high quality service maintaining professional standards
- Has knowledge / is aware of competitor activity, is profit conscious and appreciates the commercial impact of own work on profits
- Generates workable solutions to problems and makes rational judgements
- Ability to operate in a compliant manner and be respectful of policies and procedures
- Ability to process and absorb information quickly
- Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing
Desirable:
- Offshore Certificate in Corporate Administration
- Qualified, part qualified or willing to work towards professional qualification such as ICSA, STEP
