Job description
Overview
Our Client is a global specialist in corporate, fund and active wealth services and is looking for a CSP Administrator to take direct administrative responsibility for a complex portfolio of trusts, companies and other wealth structures ensuring that first class service is provided.
The CSP Administrator will:
- Ensure delivery of high quality service to all their clients, intermediaries and stakeholders to ensure longevity of relationships, providing technical and other support to their team
- Interact directly with their clients as required and be responsible for client communication and the statutory maintenance of their portfolio
- Support by identifying client needs and delivering upon opportunities to drive up levels of client service as well as seeking to identify new business opportunities
- Ensure delivery on client commitments to agreed deadlines and to a high standard
- Achieve personal targets as set out for their role for time recording, utilisation and working capital management
- Support the Client Directors in understanding and acting upon the profitability of their client book by reviewing and controlling WIP, ensuring prompt collection of fees and highlighting revenue opportunities
- Support their team in coaching more junior colleagues to build understanding and familiarity with the working capital cycle and prompt collection of debts
- Support their line management in driving appropriate behaviour and will take action to ensure agreed business risk targets are met
- Ensure that the companyis compliant with local regulatory requirements supporting a positive relationship with the local regulator through strong governance
- Use technical capability to identify and mitigate risk within their client book, escalating where necessary and required in accordance with policies
The ideal candidate for the role of CSP Administrator will have:
- Significant finance sector experience and demonstrate first class client service delivery
- Demonstrate excellent technical competency and ability to impart that knowledge to others effectively, with a proven track record in technical and complex transactions for their clients
- Building relationships and exceeding expectations, flexible and professional when working under time driven pressures and excellent prioritisation and time management skills
- Self-motivated and focussed on exceeding targets and goals
- Fluent in English and an understanding of other languages is desirable
