Job description
Overview
Our Client is an internationally renowned Financial Services Sector company, with a broad portfolio of services, ranging from Trust & Company structures and management, to Pensions, and specialist advisory services. They now requirean experienced CSP Administrator to join their team.
As CSP Administrator here you will:
- Prepare documentation for signature
- Prepare meeting minutes
- Direct correspondence and liaison with clients and intermediaries
- Deal directly with Directors and Senior Management
- Perform Annual File Reviews
- Discharge 'Ad hoc' projects
- Ensure client Database remain updated at all times
- Adhere to the company's service standards on turnaround times and accuracy
- Prepare and check payments
- Assist with large scale purchase and sale completions
The ideal candidate for the role of CSP Administrator will have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Corporate Service Provider environment
- Ability to work and remain calm in a busy time pressured environment
- Ability to working as part of a team and be flexible in supporting other departments
- Display initiative and ability to make decisions under pressure
- Willingness to work to deadlines and under pressure where the need arises
