Overview
Our Douglas-based CSP Client is seeking a CSP Administrator to join their busy Corporate Services team. Their team provides services relating to a wide variety of corporate matters, including banking and finance (commercial property, ship and aircraft finance), restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, employment, property and data protection.
Reporting to the Team Manager, the CSP Administrator will provide assistance to clients by delivering a range of administration services to a varied portfolio of clients and related entities, ensuring that client requests are responded to within an agreed timeframe.
The ideal candidate for the role of CSP Administrator will:
- Ideally be working toward a relevant qualification (e.g. STEP)
- Experience within a Fiduciary environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Experience in Viewpoint would be an advantage
- Client focused with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple administrative processes effectively
- Ability to run with their own small portfolio of clients under the direction of a senior member of the team
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as using their own initiative
- A 'can do' attitude and willing to learn and assist the team with any other related tasks
