Our leading Douglas-based Finance Sector Client is expanding its Operation as they progress an ambitious transformation programme. They are now seeking two Customer Service Administrators to join their Team.
The role would suit a high performing administrator, with an understanding of customer due diligence, new business acceptance and regulatory requirements with strong attention to detail.
- Review and input of new business applications
- Ensure that new business applications have been accepted in line with internal guidelines
- Deal with responses by phone/email to requests for outstanding new application requirements
To ensure that this roles are carried out to the desired level, the successful candidates will need the following skills and experience:
- Ideally a minimum of 2 years' financial services experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to deliver against deadlines and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to deliver accuracy and quality performance
