Job description


Our leading Douglas-based Finance Sector Client is undergoing a time of significant growth and transformation as they integrate a recent corporate acquisition. To support these endeavours, they are seeking an experienced a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.

Role Profile

  • Manage all customer requests in a confident and proactive manner
  • Demonstrate the ability to deal with customers in a positive, proactive manner, focusing on meeting all their needs, going the extra mile to offer a helpful and friendly service. Take every opportunity to build beneficial relationships
  • Use the knowledge attained to pre-empt customer expectations
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of all Customer queries in accordance with departmental procedures
  • Consistently shows that Company Standards are being followed, including Corporate Core Values

Person Profile

  • Familiar with Windows Microsoft Office, including word and excel.
  • Proven experience and evidence of operating in a Customer Services environment
  • Office or Life Office experience, desirable but not essential
  • Relevant experience within the business unit
  • Considering or continuing relevant professional examinations ie; CFP, ACII or NVQ's
  • Competently uses Company Standards in all forms of communication
  • Understands the risks associated with a variety of queries and processes
  • Has an awareness of the Risk Control Functions
  • Compliance & Legislation Knowledge
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage own time effectively to complete daily work
  • Actively participates in team huddles for target setting and work completion
  • Positively deals with changing work priorities
