Our Client is a leadingGoogle-certified digital strategy agency, delivering intelligentcampaigns across the education and not for profit sectors, increasing student recruitment success rates and charitable donations.

The role can be based in either their Cardiff, Swansea, Bristol, or Warwick offices.This is a great opportunity to move into a fast-paced digital role that has career progression.

Role Profile

Your role is to find the right audience for every brief that lands on your desk, whether that's for a pitch or an established client. This ranges from defining the campaign strategy, creating media plans and proposals through to tracking and analysing effectiveness, keeping clients in the loop and briefing colleagues on campaign optimisation

You'll call on experience from delivering data-driven marketing and attraction campaigns, agency or in house, including: AdWords, Social Advertising, Programmatic, Analytics, Native Advertising, etc.

It's important you can think strategically to create campaigns firmly focused on the clients' objectives and delivering clear ROI.

People make high-quality digital happen, and their dedicated and hardworking Digital Strategists are a huge part of the company.

Person Profile

  • A minimum of 1 years' paid media experience
  • Strong technical skills in digital media (platform agnostic or less able generalist with a deep talent in one type of media). Can offer technical expertise when needed
  • Excellent technical knowledge of at least 3 platforms
  • Data interpretation - can make the numbers meaningful
  • Innovative Problem solver
  • Good project manager - great at managing delivery and clients and linking with strategy
  • Commercially aware of targets and business priorities
  • Good operational level client management skills to senior manager level
  • Strong digital media planning skills
  • Excellent communicator
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Calm under pressure
  • Flexible and intuitive
  • Endlessly curious
