Job description
Overview
One of our Douglas based clients are going through a period of growth and are seeking a File Reviewer.
Role Profile
- Undertake reviews of trust and company files; periodic, take-on and exit as assigned
- Completion of file review checklists
- Checking documentation has been scanned and filed correctly
- Ensure documentation is up to date
- Review of client identification documentation to ensure compliance with internal requirements as well as compliance with Jersey Legislation
- Identifying areas where procedures have not been followed
- Reporting outstanding matters using in house systems and escalating identified deficiencies as appropriate
- Record all time accurately against the correct client/internal code
- Be an effective member of the compliance team, ensuring effective communication with colleagues
Person Profile
- Hold a relevant professional qualification, or be progressing towards completion of a relevant professional qualification, or be qualified by experience
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Open, Honest, Trustworthy
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills, including the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Good communication skills
- Willing to accept direction
- Must be able to maintain focus for prolonged period of time
- Must be able to show discretion - will be party to sensitive information
