Job description


Our leading Douglas-based Client is expanding their Finance Team in order to manage growth and demand within the business. To support them, they now require 2 additional Finance Administrators.

Role Profile

Reporting into the Financial controller, your day-to-day workload would include:

  • Contribution towards the production of monthly financial reports to internal and external bodies in an efficient, timely, accurate and professional manner
  • Assisting with the production of monthly management accounts and regulatory reporting
  • Owning and taking responsibility for some sets of stand alone accounts
  • Compiling and analysing transactional data for the month end accounts
  • The maintenance of daily and monthly procedures and controls within the department

Person Profile

  • You will be ACA or ACCA qualified, or part qualified
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience with financial reporting
  • Excellent Finance Applications experience
  • Excellent MS Excel skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to plan and organise work to meet deadlines


  • Previous exposure to a Yachting or Aviation environment
