Overview
Our leading finance sector Client is undergoing a period of tremendous growth and program of acquisitions. To support the next stages of their development they now require a Graduate Trainee Project Manager join the Business Change team.
Role Profile
In this role you will develop the required skills and capability across the change and project functions to support the Project Managers and PMO in managing project governance under the supervision of Senior Project Managers. Duties and responsibilities will include:
- With guidance and support; plan, structure, track, report on and lead a small project and it's activity in line with the company's Change Framework to ensure that stakeholders, dependencies, cost, quality and time are managed within agreed parameters
- Monitor, manage and report on progress
- Develop understanding of risks and issues that affect projects and deliverables
Candidate Profile
- Degree educated, or about to graduate with a 2:1 or greater
- Have an interest in pursuing a career within Project Management and Business Change
- Prepared to undertake further training and professional certification
