Overview
Our Client is a leading niche Company & Trust Services Provider based in Douglas. Owing to continued growth, they require additional senior support within their Isle of Man operation. They are now seeking an experienced Head of Administration to join the team.
Reporting to the Board, the Head of Administration will:
- Lead and manage the administration team, ensuring efficient operations and a high standard of client service
- Oversee corporate services administration, assuring compliance with regulatory frameworks
- Provide specialist guidance and act as a key person within the organisation
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the firm's ethos of gold-standard service
- Identify and drive improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery
- Build new and maintain existing client relationships and with professional advisors
- Represent the organisation in client meetings, forums, and sector bodies
- Support professional development and training of Administrators within your team
The ideal candidate for the role of Head of Administration will have:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior administration role within the trust and corporate services arena
- Has held Key Person status
- Holds a relevanet professional qualification (STEP or ICSA)
- Confident stakeholder communication skills, particularly where dealing with HNW and UNHW clients
- Able to demonstrate leadership experience, able to develop and manage teams of administrators
- Full understanding of Isle of Man regulatory and international compliance requirements
- Familiar with and able to manage complex structures and define appropriate, tailored solutions
- A logical problem-solver, always able to see the bigger picture
- Ambitious and adaptable
