Job description
Overview
Our well known Client are a large local employer, providing a range of services to the island's business and domestic marketplace. As part of planned growth within their team, they now require an experienced HR Administrator.
As HR Administrator here you will be responsible for:
- Analyse timesheet data on a weekly basis, deal with employees and line managers with regards to timesheet queries and anomalies. Ensuring compliance with terms and conditions and that all deadlines are met
- Assist in recruitment, shortlisting, interview preparation and onboarding
- Ensure pay and associated data is correct on Navision
- Checking of all weekly and monthly payroll input/changes (increments, overtime claims, expenses claims, tax codes, etc)
- Ensure all information with regard to pay, such as pay increases across all terms and conditions regulations, are incorporated
- Assist in the effective management of HR and payroll systems and maintain live documented procedures
- Assist in analysis of complex pay related queries
- Assist in transition to more effective ways of working
The ideal candidate for the role of HR Administrator will have:
- Previous experience working within an HR Department
- Payroll experience, input, maintenance and delivery
- Recruitment experience (shortlisting, interviewing, recommendations, onboarding)
- Dealing effectively with employees at all levels
- Be an effective user of information technology, including MS Office Suite
- Minimum of 5 GCSE's or equivalent at grade C or above, to include Mathematics and English
- Strong team player
Desirable:
- Experience of Navision
