Job description


Our Client is a Douglas-based Financial Services firm, with a growing portfolio amid a significant transformation program following recent corporate acquisitions. To support this, they are seeking a HR Coordinator to join their busy team.

Role Profile

  • Organising, and maintaining personnel records
  • Ensuring the HR database is kept up to date
  • Supporting the development of job descriptions, preparing adverts, vetting applicants, arranging interviews
  • Liaising with the Learning & Development Manager in arranging staff training
  • Staff inductions & Staff benefit administration
  • Recording and monitoring of absence
  • Assisting with the review and implementation of new policies and procedures

Person Profile

  • Educated to degree level
  • Working knowledge of a Human Resources function and its role within a business
  • Organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
  • High level of confidentiality
  • Understanding of GDPR
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong administration skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn


  • Previous experience gained working within an HR function
