Job description

Overview

Our Client, a large Finance Sector firm, are seeking an Investments Administrator to join them for a 9-month fixed term contract basis. Reporting to the 3rd Party Team Manager, the key responsibilities of the role are:

  • Account opening and closures, ensuring that all relevant account opening documents and agreements are completed
  • Processing all cash transfers between third parties and the company in line with customer requests
  • Identification, investigation and resolution of third party and customer queries
  • Maintaining positive relationships with external stakeholders
  • Supporting other team members

The ideal candidate for the role of Investments Administrator will have:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an investment-related or similar role, with an active interest in investments
  • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular Excel
  • Ability to organise and work to strict deadlines
  • Have a flexible and adaptable attitude
  • Team Player
  • Strong accuracy, particularly when inputting data
