Job description
Overview
Our Client, a large Finance Sector firm, are seeking an Investments Administrator to join them for a 9-month fixed term contract basis. Reporting to the 3rd Party Team Manager, the key responsibilities of the role are:
- Account opening and closures, ensuring that all relevant account opening documents and agreements are completed
- Processing all cash transfers between third parties and the company in line with customer requests
- Identification, investigation and resolution of third party and customer queries
- Maintaining positive relationships with external stakeholders
- Supporting other team members
The ideal candidate for the role of Investments Administrator will have:
- Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an investment-related or similar role, with an active interest in investments
- A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular Excel
- Ability to organise and work to strict deadlines
- Have a flexible and adaptable attitude
- Team Player
- Strong accuracy, particularly when inputting data
