Job description

Overview

Our Internationally renowned Client is seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Technician to provide and maintain quality, value add service provision for users in IOM, and remote office in the UK, USA and Italy, whilst also operating within virtual, cross functional teams across the Asia region

Role Profile

  • Provide 1st level of technical support for incoming queries and issues relating to computer systems, hardware, and software
  • Install and maintain computer peripherals for users
  • Manage corporate mobile devices and SIM cards
  • Execute a daily backup and log check to ensure successful backup running
  • Manage computers consumable
  • Basic support to networking issue on LAN, WAN and Internet access
  • Other daily site admin work

Person Profile

  • Educated to college level in a computer based subject
  • 3 years or more of IT support experience for Microsoft Windows, Office environment
  • Good experience in supporting Windows 10, and Office 2013 or above
  • Basic knowledge of Cisco networking, Windows Server 2012 and Microsoft Active Directory
  • Good troubleshooting skills
Desirable
  • Full, clean driving licence holder preferable
