Overview

Our Client is a well established Douglas-based financial services company that offers a comprehensive suite of accountancy and wealth management services to enable clients to grow, manage and preserve all facets of their financial affairs through cross-boarder resources and expertise-led solutions. They are now seeking a Junior Client Administrator to provide administration assistance and dedicated support to the Administration department.

Role Profile

  • Administration of bank payments and receipts
  • Administration of bank and investment accounts including account opening and closing
  • Bank reconciliations and liaising directly with clients
  • Various company and trust administration tasks

Person Profile

  • Good knowledge Microsoft Office
  • Office experience is an advantage but not essential
  • Experience with CCH, Viewpoint and Laserfiche would be an advantage but not essential
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Good level of initiative
  • Proactive, problem solver, team player, enthusiastic and a quick learner
  • A desire to progress their career
  • 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above

External and internal training will be provided and encouraged
