Job description
Overview
Our Internationally renowned Client is seeking a Management Systems Manager to join them at a busy time for their Team.The Management Systems Manager will be responsible for overseeing, developing and implementing ESG and ISO initiatives, as well as programs that comply with the Group's strategic direction and appropriate standards and regulatory requirements. Duties will include:
- Responsible for coordinating the Group's ESG strategy and reporting, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards
- ISO Management Systems: directly responsible for the continuation and development of the company's accreditation portfolio and coordinating across the remaining entities of the Group to ensure harmonisation and alignment
- Working with cross-functional teams and across locations to create strategies, policies and frameworks that align with the Group's goals
- Conducting related assessments identifying key risks, opportunities and related performance indicators
- Manage and coordinate the on-time completion of accreditation
- Manage and coordinate system audits across the Group's accreditation portfolio
- Compile weekly, monthly and annual reporting to meet the internal and external requirements of applicable regulations and standards
The ideal candidate for the role of Management Systems Manager will be:
- Degree qualified with a focus on sustainability management systems
- Strong experience in sustainability management system, within in the engineering/manufacturing industry
- Experience performing ESG reporting and working with frameworks and ratings (GRI, CDP, TCFD, etc.)
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Strong written communication skills (in English), analytical research, and organisational skills
- Ability to develop, maintain, and enjoy effective working relationships with people across the company and with a wide variety of functional expertise
- Proactive and results-oriented, a self-starter and fast learner
- Creativity and flexibility, keen attention to detail
