Overview

Our Client is a market-leading Online telemedicine provider, enabling patients to access a GP through an advanced digital platform developed for both consumer and corporate markets as well as pharmacy clients. As their growth trajectory continues apace, they are seeking a commercially minded, driven Managing Director to join and take a leading role in the development.

NOTE: remote role but will be required to work from the Head Office in Coventry as and when required

Role Profile

  • In this leadership role, you will oversee the sales and operations of the business
  • You will be expected to lead the organisation and execute the company's vision and business plan, incorporating this into strategy, organisation, resource planning and budget
  • You will be responsible for all operations and business activities, performance, and budgets, including EBITDA
  • Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close deals for our digital health products in the NHS and across the private healthcare market
  • Deliver on significant revenue targets for product and services offered by the company nationally
  • Drive relationship-building process with NHS decision-makers and senior executives across the healthcare market
  • Proactively develop and close clinical deals by leveraging personal and professional networks
  • Ensure compliance with appropriate statutes for clinical engagement
  • Proactively identify sales pipeline risks and develop mitigation plans
Person Profile
  • Extensive business development and commercial experience: you know how to create and close deals
  • Demonstrable expertise in building partnerships with NHS and private healthcare providers: you understand the marketplace
  • Demonstrable track record of creating and supporting partnerships between health-tech companies and healthcare organisations: you have an impressive background in high-quality work and the sector thinks highly of your contribution
  • A commercial mindset with experience of analysing market opportunities, market drivers and trends
  • Financially literate with experience in pricing digital health products and developing innovative revenue models
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work to deadlines
  • Ability to select, manage and deliver across a broad portfolio of projects involving multiple disciplines and stakeholders
