Job description

Overview

Our Client is a large firm of Chartered Accountants and TCSP and they are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join their busy general accountancy practice and corporate service provider.

This position would suit an individual who is committed, focused, has excellent attention to detail and has at least 3 years' experience of working in an office environment

Role & Person Profile

  • Organising, monitoring and controlling the scanning, filing and archiving/destruction of office records
  • Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as unsupervised
  • Initiative to take ownership of the duties to be performed
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence with liaising with colleagues as well as senior management and external contacts
  • Discretion and diplomacy are a must
