Overview

Our Client, a large Finance Sector firm, are seeking an Operational Support Assistant to join them for a 6-month fixed term contract basis as part of a wider project team.

The project is to assist the Customer Service team with working through a data quality exercise (missing policy holder data fields, etc.) for Operational reporting requirements and complete the gaps - policy by policy - using non-structured data (PDFs etc) available. Additional Client Screening and Risk assessments are also being completed using the data available.
