Job description

Overview

Our Client is a global specialist in corporate, fund and active wealth services and are currently seeking an Operations Administrator to provide back office support to the Client Services Teams by monitoring and updating property reports, updating client and entity data, assisting with ad hoc projects relating to both regulatory and commercial matters and interacting with other offices across the group.

Role Profile

  • Deliver a high quality service and support to internal clients
  • Learn about the various services undertaken by the Isle of Man office along with cross jurisdictional arrangements and how this impacts the tasks related to the role
  • Work in a small supportive team headed by a Senior Manager
  • Ensure accurate completion of time sheets and demonstrate an awareness of the importance of efficient, accurate and effective time recording
  • Allocate time to appropriate client entities and gain an understanding for client and non-client related work
  • Develop an awareness and understanding of the company's risk policies and how these are applied to the role
  • Develop an awareness of the legal and regulatory framework attributed to the compay, its clients and associated assets
  • Work within defined parameters to ensure both regulatory and internal deadlines are met

Person Profile

  • You will ideally have some experience working in the Trust and Corporate Service Provider industry
  • Have a basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Will be flexible and professional when working under time driven pressures and will have a desire to work, to achieve and to develop personally and professionally
  • Take pride in your work and be supportive of their team mates and colleagues

Desirable:

  • Experience using Navision and Laserfiche an advantage, but full training will be given
