Job description

Overview

Our Douglas-based Accounting & Advisory Client is expanding its fiduciary team to manage organic workload growth. To support this, they are seeking an organised, personable and confident Practice Manager.

Role Profile

  • The key duties of the role holder will involve the following:
  • HR Administration
  • Office Accounts & Debt Collection
  • Liaison between IT & Users
  • Maintain company Insurance policies and cover
  • Marketing & Business Development
  • Office Maintenance & Repairs

Person Profile

  • A minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role
  • A minimum of 5 years' office-based experience, ideally gained within an accountancy or financial services setting
  • Knowledge of accounts preparation
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills
  • Excellent standard of written communication
  • Able to identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Team player, able to anticipate the needs of colleagues through regular dialogue
