Overview
Our leading Douglas-based Finance Sector Client is undergoing a time of significant growth and transformation as they integrate a recent corporate acquisition. To support these endeavours, they are seeking a Product Marketing Support Technician to assist an expanding product marketing team with the marketing, support and development of the current product ranges, including the creation of new sales materials for both online and offline distribution as well as the ongoing maintenance of existing product literature.
Role Profile
- Maintenance of existing product literature ensuring that all documents such as application forms and terms and conditions continue to meet regulatory obligations
- Preparation of promotional materials such as sales aids, brochures and presentations that are clear, not misleading and can be easily understood by the intended audience
- Creation and maintenance of servicing forms, working with stakeholders throughout the group to deliver both electronic and hard copy documents whilst maintaining consistent "on-brand" approach
- The creation and maintenance of product training materials and web-based content
- Creation of key product messages promoted via various social media platforms
- Analysis of key competitor product offerings
- Answering pre and post sales technical product related queries for internal and external stakeholders
- Production of annual product reviews to meet the groups regulatory obligations
Person Profile
- Experience within the Life Assurance industry, preferably in a marketing related role
- Have a high level of attention to detail with the ability to analyse and interpret large amounts of data succinctly
- Be able to work independently, prioritise changing workflows and take ownership of their work
- Possess strong organisational and planning skills
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Be able to proof read documents to an acceptable level
- Motivated to identify issues and pre-emptively find solutions
- Experience of delivering face to face and/or on-line (Zoom/Teams) presentations would be advantageous
