Overview

A leading Douglas-based firm of Chartered Accountants are experiencing continued growth and are now recruiting for a Receptionist to compliment their friendly team.

Role and Person Profile

Standard reception duties to include:

  • Answering telephones
  • Greeting clients
  • Ordering stationery/office supplies
  • Logging incoming/outgoing post
  • Dealing with incoming/outgoing couriers
  • Filing
  • Other duties as assigned (ie arranging office maintenance visits)

Would suit someone who is well organised, ideally with experience in a similar role, plus a friendly demenour where you will be meeting Clients and visitors to the office.
