Overview
A leading Douglas-based firm of Chartered Accountants are experiencing continued growth and are now recruiting for a Receptionist to compliment their friendly team.
Role and Person Profile
Standard reception duties to include:
- Answering telephones
- Greeting clients
- Ordering stationery/office supplies
- Logging incoming/outgoing post
- Dealing with incoming/outgoing couriers
- Filing
- Other duties as assigned (ie arranging office maintenance visits)
Would suit someone who is well organised, ideally with experience in a similar role, plus a friendly demenour where you will be meeting Clients and visitors to the office.
