Our Client are a leading communications brand with an outstanding reputation for customer service and value commitment. An opportunity has now arisen within their team for a Sales Consultant.
Role Profile
As a Sales Consultant, your mission revolves around delivering exceptional customer experiences through outbound calls. Your goal is to not only educate customers about the benefits of Fibre but also guide them through their contract transitions. With your expertise, you'll match customers with the perfect products and ensure a seamless journey to connection.
Duties will include:
- Proactively engage with customers to showcase the power of Fibre technology
- Provide personalized assistance to customers approaching the end of their contracts, ensuring a smooth transition to Fibre services
- Implement the Consultative Sales Process to recommend tailored products aligned with individual needs
- Manage the entire customer journey, from new sign-ups to repeat customers, ensuring a successful connection
- As a self-motivated Sales Consultant, you'll excel in an autonomous environment. Your proactive approach to managing prospect lists and delivering exceptional service will set you apart. You'll be the voice of the business, offering comprehensive support and advice across technical, general, and sales-related inquiries
- Utilise a segmented customer database to engage with customers regarding their services
- Articulate the diverse advantages of the company's services, including Fibre, broadband, mobile, and more
- Collaborate with the team to exceed weekly targets while ensuring customer satisfaction through successful connections
- Drive the transition to fibre optic services by showcasing its benefits and facilitating smooth order submissions
- Cultivate positive relationships with both customers and colleagues to contribute to a harmonious team environment
Candidate Profile
- Have a genuine customer-centric attitude
- A passion for putting the customer first and achieving customer focussed outcomes. High levels of empathy and experience of working in a customer facing role
- Strong verbal communication skills and an innate appreciation for exceptional customer service. In addition to superb telephone manner and listening skills
- Familiarity with modern retail technology and proficient keyboard skills
- Effective organizational skills and a drive to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
- A polished appearance that mirrors the company's progressive image and unwavering commitment to customer care
Desirable, but not essential:
- Ability to navigate challenging customer interactions
- Prior Sales Experience an advantage
- Eager and quick to learn new skills and technologies
