Job description
Overview
Our Client is a leading local and national product distributer serving a range of industries, from construction to contracting. In order to manage workload and internal promotions, they require a Sales Ledger to join a busy, friendly team.
Role and Person Profile
- Processing and allocating payments - BACS, cash sales etc.
- Answering the phones and transferring calls, assisting customer queries or staff from the UK
- Assisting with bank reconciliations, cash sales reconciliations and other ledger reconciliations
- Sending copy invoices, statements, letters
- Downloading invoices and credit notes
- General filing and post duties
- Assisting Branch Managers in the UK
Would suit someone who is highly numerate and seeking their first role within a finance or accounting setting.
