Overview

Our Client is a well established Douglas-based organisation that offers a comprehensive suite of accountancy and wealth management services to enable clients to grow, manage and preserve all facets of their financial affairs through cross-border resources and expertise-led solutions. As they undergo a growth phase, they are seeking a Senior Client Administrator to work within the Client Services Team.

Role Profile

As a Senior Client Administrator, you will assist in the running of the client services department. Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee administration of bank and Investment accounts including account opening and closing
  • Administration of bank payments and receipts
  • Maintain a varied portfolio of trust and company entities
  • Liaise directly with clients and Intermediaries
  • Maintain a varied portfolio of company and trust clients
  • Assist with the support and development of more junior members of the team
  • Oversee various company and trust administration tasks

Person Profile

  • A minimum of 4 years in a TCSP administration environment and managing a client portfolio
  • 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above
  • Part or qualified STEP, ICSA or equivalent
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Leadership qualities
  • Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Requires limited supervision
  • Can demonstrate good risk awareness
  • Good company and trust knowledge
  • Proactive, a problem solver, team player, enthusiastic
  • A desire to progress your career

Desirable:

  • CCH, Viewpoint and Laserfiche would be an advantage but not essential

NOTE: External and internal training will be provided and encouraged
