Overview
Our Trust and Corporate Services client is a proudly independent business will a long history of service to clients locally and internationally. The team has grown consistently over recent times and they now require an additional Senior Client Administrator to join them.
As a Senior Client Administrator, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks related to the company's fiduciary services. Reporting directly to the Board, you will be accountable to the Senior Management Team for your job performance and day-to-day activities. Duties will include:
- Provide administrative support to the company's fiduciary services
- Process and maintain accurate records of client information and transactions
- Prepare and file legal documents and correspondence in accordance with office policies and procedures
- Answer phone calls and provide reception coverage as needed
- Assist with general office duties and other tasks as assigned
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of client information and transactions
- Meet all regulatory and compliance requirements related to fiduciary services
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and maintain strong relationships
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client information
The ideal candidate for the role of Senior Client Administrator will have:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within a CSP/TCSP business
- Holds or is working toward a relevent professional qualification (STEP or ICSA)
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
