Overview

Our Client is a leading niche Company & Trust Services Provider based in Douglas. Owing to continued growth, they require additional senior support within their Isle of Man operation.

As a Senior Trust and Company Administrator you will ensure the company's clients receive the highest level of customer service and professionalism in service delivery.

Role Profile

Reporting to the Trust and Private Client Manager, your core focus will be:

  • Management of a portfolio of trusts and companies
  • Ensure all trustee responsibilities are complied with
  • Ensure adherence to all filing requirements
  • Administration, including bookkeeping and client meeting minutes
  • Liaison with clients and intermediaries in order to facilitate the development of the business and achievement of stated goals
  • Conduct of annual reviews to meet regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with Tax Advisors and Accountants to ensure compliance requirements are met
  • Completion of daily time recording
  • Yacht and aircraft registration
  • Ensure AML and customer identification requirements are met and maintained

Person Profile

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Fiduciary role
  • Holds or is studying toward either STEP or ICSA qualification
  • Current knowledge of relevant legislation, regulation, and best practice applied within the sector
  • Time management and prioritisation abilities
  • Flexible and keen to progress, including self-development
  • Able to work to and deliver to strict deadlines
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative, while team-centric mindset
