Job description
Overview
We are seeking a Senior CSP Administrator for our client, a long established independent trust and corporate service provider and Chartered Accountants practice.
As Senior CSP Administrator you will work with the Senior administration team and directors with the aim of ensuring client work is carried out professionally with good governance, including: -
- Review of agreements and other documentation
- Considering and collating information required for board to consider in meeting for proposed transactions
- Review/drafting of minutes and resolutions
- Completion of internal documentation (eg client compliance forms) and external forms (eg bank mandate applications)
- Ensuring completeness of documentation and records
The ideal candidate for the role of Senior CSP Administrator will have:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in TCSP administration, including at a senior level
- Excellent working knowledge of fiduciary structures
- In depth knowledge and understanding of both AML and FSA 2008
- Holding a professional qualification (eg STEP) would be preferable
- Able to work on own initiative and take responsibility for duties as part of a small team alongside delegating duties to less senior staff
- Methodical and organised with attention to detail
- Flexible approach towards assisting in other areas of business as demands require
