Job description
Overview
Our Client is a leading Douglas-based Trust & Corporate service provider, serving a diverse international customer base. As they enjoy further growth, they require an additional, experienced Senior CSP Administrator to manage and service a portfolio of Companies and Trusts.
The Senior CSP Administrator will:
- Act as the relationship manager for your own portfolio
- Manage the needs and expectations of your clients, prioritising tasks that are considered urgent
- Undertake all administration and credit control functions for your portfolio
- Provide assistance to the other administrators and cover for them when they are out of the office
- Maintain accurate time sheets to reflect the work undertaken
- Collaborate with, and provide technical support to the team, offering guidance and support to team members as and when required
- Proactively keep up-to-date with industry legislation and proposed changes
- Bring to the attention of Directors any issues of concern to ensure they are reported in a timely manner
- Assist with projects
The ideal candidate for the role of Senior CSP Administrator will have:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a TCSP technician and ideally hold or be partly qualified in an industry recognised qualification i.e. STEP, ICSA, ACCA
- Excellent working knowledge of the Isle of Man Companies Act, and related corporate governance supported by a high level working knowledge and understanding of Anti Money-Laundering and other current legislation
- Familiar and competent with the IT systems used in the TCSP sector
- High level or organisational and prioritisation skills; flexibility and willingness to help other in a friendly and professional manner
- Self-motivation and disciplined in task completion with the ability to resolve issues with minimum supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
