Overview
Our Client is a forward thinking regulated Trust and Corporate Services Provider who operate in partnership with leading tax advisors, investment managers and law firms to provide a collegiate approach to families, entrepreneurs and investment professionals from across a range of industries, continents and cultures. They are now seeking a Senior CSP Administrator to join their team.
As Senior CSP Administrator you will:
- Provide support to the Associate Directors and Director in the day to day administration of portfolio of client structures
- Liaise with clients, family offices, fiscal agents and professional advisors as required
- Liaise with aircraft and ship registries, sale/charter brokers, crewing companies, captains and crew, insurance brokers, operators and managers, and other intermediaries as required
- Arrange for the review, approval and signing of charter agreements, LOIs, APAs, MOAs and other aircraft and yacht documentation as applicable
- Deal with day to day Company and Trust administrative tasks including the preparation of aircraft lease invoices, standard correspondence, minutes, resolutions, opening of bank accounts, payment requests, as well as attending to input and execution of payments
- Ensure the general maintenance of client files
- Assist with the annual reviews of client entities and trusts
The ideal candidate for the role of Senior CSP Administrator will have:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in the TCSP sector
- Hold or be studying towards a relevant CSP qualification i.e. STEP, ICSA
- Experience of on-boarding would be advantageous
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A professional manner, demonstrating good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and to respond to clients' needs as they arise
- Ability to produce work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Positive approach with enthusiasm towards personal development and the desire to take on responsibility
Desirable:
- Previous Yachting and Aviation experience desirable but not essential
