Job description

Overview

Our long-established TCSP Sector clients has recently acquired two local firms and is in the process of integrating their organisations. As they continue to grow, they require an experienced to provide administration assistance and dedicated support to the Statutory and Administration department.

The Statutory Administrator will be responsible for:

  • General corporate statutory administration, including statutory changes and filings
  • Producing minutes and resolutions
  • Assisting with the planning and delivery of the Statutory Department projects
  • Liaising directly with clients

The ideal candidate for the role of Statutory Administrator will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a TCSP environment in a similar role
  • Attention to detail
  • Understanding of statutory and regulatory framework
  • Understanding of anti-money laundering and other compliance legislation
  • Able to work on their own initiative
  • Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Has attained 5 or more GCSEs at grade C or above

Desirable:

  • CCH, Laserfiche and ViewPoint would be an advantage but not essential
