Overview
A leading Douglas-based CSP has been growing by acquisition recently and are now seeking a Trainee Trust and Company Administrator to join them, enjoying full training and development toward a highly valued career. .
As a Trainee Trust and Company Administrator you will assist the team in the efficient operation of the client services department. Training and responsibilities will include:
- Oversee administration of bank and Investment accounts including account opening and closing
- Administration of bank payments and receipts
- Maintain a varied portfolio of trust and company entities
- Liaise directly with clients and Intermediaries
- Maintain a varied portfolio of company and trust clients
- Assist with the support and development of more junior members of the team
- Oversee various company and trust administration tasks
*full training will be provided
The ideal candidate for the role of Trainee Trust and Company Administrator with be:
- Educated to A level standard (including Mathematics and English) or have exceptional GCSE grades
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Be highly numerate
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Have a desire to progress your career
Desirable:
- An interest and commitment to on-going professional development and training/ already working towards STEP/CG accreditation
