Job description

Overview

Are you seeking your first role within the Trust and Corporate Services arena? Look no further! Our Douglas-based client have created a new department in order to manage further expansion across the business and require an enthusiastic person to join them as a Treasury and Support Administrator.

In this role you will support the Treasury and Administration team with duties including:

  • Preparation of sales invoices
  • Input of purchase invoices, input and processing of payments
  • Assist with debt recovery and office account reconciliations
  • Assist with client account reconciliations
  • Assist with bank trigger events and mandate changes
  • Provide administration support to the client services team

The ideal candidate for the role of Treasury and Support Administrator will have:

  • Experience in working in an office environment
  • Efficient user of Microsoft Office Suite Applications
  • Has attained 5 or more GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Desirable:

  • A working knowledge of CCH and Laserfiche would be an advantage but not essential
