Job description

Overview

One of our clients who provide corporate and fiduciary services to clients around the world is experiencing growth within the business and is looking to expand the team with the addition of a Junior Administrator within Client Services.

The Junior Administrator will:

  • Administer with support of other team members
  • Assist in the management and review of, Investments and other client assets, including the review of related documentation
  • Preparation of minutes/resolutions
  • Ensure Annual or Biannual Client Reviews and Risk Assessments are completed and within required timescales together with any follow up action points
  • Open and manage client bank accounts, including preparing payment instructions
  • Undertake relevant Statutory Filing
  • Process Financial Transactions such as Dividends, Distributions and Loans
  • Maintain Company and Trust records, including due diligence
  • Participate fully in ad hoc projects/committees as required
  • Arranging deliveries/post/answering phones
  • Provide accurate time recording to ensure the correct fee income is derived
  • Assist the Associate Director of Client Services with the collation of client data required for regulatory reporting and internal reporting to sub-committees
  • Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of internal customer efficiency
  • Undertake billing, including work in progress and debt management

The ideal candidate for the Junior Administrator role will have:

  • An understanding of the importance of and application of strong Corporate Governance
  • Self-motivated and can work under pressure
  • A practical understanding and application of high-quality client service delivery
  • Good verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to identify, mitigate and manage operational risk and controls within own area
  • Clear understanding of Regulatory requirements
