Overview
Our Douglas-based Accounting & TCSP Client are expanding its team to help manage an expanding customer base and organic workload growth. To support this, they are seeking an experienced Associate Supervisor - Fiduciary.
The role will involve managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive a high standard of service at all times and assisting the wider team. You will need to have previous experience of managing both trusts and companies with varying asset classes and ideally hold or be studying towards a relevant professional qualification.
Whilst this position is being recruited at Supervisor level, we would welcome applications from experienced administrators who can demonstrate the skills, knowledge and leadership capability to progress into the role of Supervisor.
You will be highly organised, possess strong communication and relationship management skills, and are working toward supervising, mentoring and developing team members.
