Overview
Our leading Douglas-based Finance Sector Client is undergoing a time of significant growth and transformation as they integrate a recent corporate acquisition. To support these endeavours, they are seeking to hire an Investment Administrator to join the Asset Servicing team.
Excellent opportunity for those seeking a first office-based role.
The Investment Administrator will enjoy a full induction and training programme to prepare you for success in this position. After training, you will:
- Input Dividends and Asset Standing Data
- Assist with Corporate Action and Settlement processing
- Assist in completing Custodian Asset Reconciliation
- Deal with Client/IFA/Internal queries connected to these team tasks
The ideal candidate for the Investment Administrator role will have:
- 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) grade C or above - including English and Mathematics
- Good numeracy skills
- Ability to work accurately under pressure
- Possess strong planning and organisational skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office in particular Excel
Desirable, but not essential:
- Experience within the Life Assurance industry or Investment/Fund industry preferred, but training will be provided
